Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Communicate with business users for requirement gathering, issue/defect resolution, and provide updates in weekly/daily calls
  • Prepare OUM documents for new setup configurations, enhancement requests, defects, conversion activities, etc.
  • Perform assigned setup configuration, data loads, migration/conversion activities as per the work allocation
  • Provide production support for issues faced by business users during routine business, month close activities, migration/conversion post Go-Live, post Production Go-Live, etc.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and analysis as per the Management requirements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Experience in any of the below tracks/modules: Record To Report, Invoice to Cash/Tax, Procure To Pay, Acquire to Retire, or Other
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; Post-graduation/MBA in Finance will be preferred
  • Oracle Certification in any of the Oracle Financial Modules will have added advantage
