Job Title: IT Administrator for Cloud-Sourcing

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team and support our cloud-sourcing initiatives. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our server systems, including the installation and uninstallation of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and maintenance of server systems, including the installation and uninstallation of software products.
  • Conducting initial discussions with software providers and partners to determine standards and technical requirements.
  • Discussing deployable solutions and alternatives with customers.
  • Creating instructions and documentation.
  • Reviewing customer requests for software products using questionnaires.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
  • First experience or knowledge in administration in the client/(Windows) server environment.
  • Excellent understanding and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with diverse technical solutions and their interfaces.
  • Strong team spirit, communication and consulting skills, as well as experience in dealing with customers and technical partners.
  • Interest in new technological solutions and a hands-on mentality.
