Lo que harás:

Capacidad para aprender, entender y realizar el proceso de manera independiente aprovechando su experiencia, conocimiento y creatividad para el proceso de manera eficiente y efectiva. Liderar proyectos de Oracle Fusion Financials que involucren configuración, implementación, pruebas y capacitación de usuarios. Analizar, diseñar, configurar y probar mejoras en Oracle Financials para apoyar los procesos comerciales.

Responsabilidades del Rol:
  • Capacidad para analizar de manera independiente los requisitos comerciales y proporcionar soluciones adecuadas.
  • Capacidad para liderar sesiones con usuarios comerciales para la recopilación de requisitos, proporcionar resolución de problemas/defectos, y actualizaciones en llamadas semanales/dia a dia.
  • Preparar documentos OUM para nuevas configuraciones, solicitudes de mejora, defectos, actividades de conversión, etc.
  • Realizar configuraciones asignadas, cargas de datos, actividades de migración/conversión según la asignación de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para gestionar escalaciones comerciales de manera diplomática y proporcionar soluciones precisas/sugerir alternativas que se puedan realizar dentro del SLA establecido.
  • Realizar actividades de BA para nuevas solicitudes de cambio, realizar un análisis exhaustivo y proporcionar soluciones oportunas.
  • Liderar al equipo para la entrega oportuna de las tareas asignadas, manejar problemas enfrentados por el equipo y mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo.
  • Proporcionar soporte de producción para problemas enfrentados por los usuarios comerciales durante las actividades comerciales rutinarias, cierre mensual, migración/conversión posterior a Go-Live, y después de la producción Go-Live.
  • Preparar informes y análisis mensuales/trimestrales según los requisitos de la gerencia.
  • Proporcionar capacitación al equipo interno y a los usuarios comerciales.
Requisitos Indispensables
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Experiencia en al menos 3 a 4 ciclos de implementación de Oracle Cloud de principio a fin.
  • Experiencia en 3 a 4 proyectos de actualización/migración.
  • Experiencia en los siguientes módulos:
  • Factura a Cobro/Impuesto (Requerido para la posición actual): Oracle Fusion Receivables, Fusion Tax, Integración con Vertex/OneSource, Gestión de Efectivo, Colecciones Avanzadas.
Otros:
  • Experiencia en Gestión de Portafolio de Proyectos (PPM) incluyendo Costeo de Proyectos (Proyectos de Capital) será una ventaja adicional.
  • Experiencia a nivel experto en configuraciones de setup, diseño de soluciones, resolución de problemas/defectos y manejo de SR con soporte de Oracle en un rol de cara al cliente.
  • Experiencia a nivel experto en recopilación de requisitos, análisis de brechas, CRP, SIT, UAT, documentación OUM, manuales de usuario, notas de proceso y capacitación a usuarios finales y equipos internos.
  • Título universitario en Contabilidad/Finanzas o Ciencias de la Computación; se preferirá un posgrado/MBA en Finanzas.
  • Certificación de Oracle en cualquiera de los módulos financieros de Oracle será una ventaja adicional.
