Position Overview:
This role involves providing critical assistance to Anesthesiologists across various departments and anesthesia procedures. The Anesthesia Technician is responsible for facilitating patient flow in the perioperative environment while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of specialized anesthesia equipment, including life support systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance both external (patient and surgeon) and internal (Anesthesiologist and staff) customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment in alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:
- Completion of coursework or training in a medical or science-related field.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant Phlebotomist within 90 days of hire.
- BLS certification from a recognized provider upon hire.
- Preferred: Graduate of an accredited program such as EMT, Paramedic, RT, or Anesthesia Technology.

Additional Certifications Required:
- ACLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- PALS Provider certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Anesthesia Technician certification (ASATT) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a tertiary healthcare facility.
