Electrical Systems Specialist

The Country Club is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our facilities team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical System Maintenance: Diagnose and implement repairs to electrical systems, ventilation systems, HVAC systems, and miscellaneous mechanical related items.
- Daily Maintenance Requirements: Plan, schedule, and perform daily electrical and HVAC maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and mechanical system controls issues.
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of building equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Energy Management: Assist with maintaining the energy management system for the property's HVAC systems.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to provide the highest level of quality for cost-effective maintenance and repair of Club facilities.
- Long-Term Planning: Assist the Director and Assistant Director in developing short-term and long-term requirements for repair and maintenance, capital replacement.
- Electrical Journeyman License: Preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and work effectively in a fast-paced operating business environment.
- Independence: Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with all staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Emergency Response: Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
- Availability: Must be available for emergencies.
- Driver's License: Valid Massachusetts Driver's License required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work, stand, and walk on your feet for an 8-hour period.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or pull up to 50-lbs.
- Climbing and Lifting: Ability to climb ladders regularly and to heights of 30-feet, work on roofs with proper safety equipment, operate a 45-foot boom lift after proper training.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours.
- Weather Conditions: Ability to work outside during all types of temperatures and weather conditions.
