Position Overview:
As an Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and enhancement of electrical power and control systems within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems throughout the facility.
- Engage in the diagnosis and repair of low and medium voltage motors and motor controls.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of low and medium voltage switchgear.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and programming as well as instrumentation repairs.
- Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with contractor personnel as needed.
- Participate in formal training programs to enhance both technical and non-technical skills, including cross-training opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to environmental policies and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Be prepared to work rotating shifts or on-call schedules, including weekends as required.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent educational background.

Travel Requirements:
- A solid understanding of electrical theory and safety practices is essential.
