  • Revenue Growth and Quota Management: Own the team's revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of quotas. Monitor team performance, providing real-time feedback and making adjustments to improve overall results.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, customer feedback, and product improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
