Brand Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Brand Support Specialist is responsible for providing front-line support to internal customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
The Brand Support Specialist serves as the main point of contact and expert for price programs, products, and workflows for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a steady flow of inquiries via phone, chat, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate product launches and updates to Sales and coordinate trainings.
- Maintain all product assets and attributes in systems.
- Manage all product collateral (data sheets, accessory guides, etc.), images, and information on web properties.
- Responsible for part number setup and maintenance in the system with correct pricing and product classification.
- Manages the pricing program for tiered level pricing, and all restricted sub-programs.
- Manages the daily communication to Sales Reps for deal registrations, price exceptions, and demo approvals.
- Manages the system setup for promotional instant rebates and analyzes impact to back orders.
- Update the deal-pricing calculator with monthly updates and the daily workflow between Marketing, Sales Reps, and Accounting for loading special pricing in the system.
- Analyze and manage monthly price changes and special price agreements associated with the changes.
- Works with vendor, Accounting, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve price errors.
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain focus and conduct data analysis.
- Strong Excel knowledge, including how to build tables in worksheets and analyze/manipulate large sets of data.
- Demonstrated knowledge using advanced Excel formulas such as vlookups, hlookups, concatenate, and if/then statements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve price errors.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (mainly Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing).
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with pricing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis using MS-Excel VBA programming language.
- Knowledge of POS, AIDC, Networking, or edge technologies.
