Key Responsibilities
  • Alumni Engagement: Develop and implement programs to engage and retain alumni, including events, communications, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with alumni, university administrators, and other stakeholders to promote the university's mission and values.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including alumni reunions, networking events, and fundraising events, to engage and retain alumni.
  • Fundraising: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the university's mission and goals.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage and retain alumni, including email, social media, and print communications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of alumni engagement and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience required; higher education experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and experience with CRM systems and fundraising software.

  • Competitive Salary: $76,110.39 (California) or $66,966.26 (outside of California)
