About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Conduct routine tests and procedures, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical records software.
