Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician to join our team at Absarokee EMS. As a key member of our emergency medical services team, you will be responsible for providing critical care and transportation to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide efficient and immediate care to critically ill or injured patients
  • Assess patient condition and determine a course of treatment
  • Administer medications and perform procedures according to established protocols
  • Monitor vital signs and ensure patient stability during transport
  • Communicate with medical personnel at the hospital to provide ongoing care
Requirements
  • EMT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Ability to assess and manage airways effectively
  • Skilled in medication administration and patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
