Janitorial Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial/Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team at Absolute First Response Carpet Care & Ext Cleaning, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Perform general janitorial and carpet cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and hard surface floors.
• Apply coatings using manufacturer-approved methods in various areas, including residences, offices, businesses, lobbies, entrances, restrooms, stairwells, and other public areas.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
