Pharmacy Technician Role

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and healthcare teams in delivering compassionate care to our millions of patients every day. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with medication dispensing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing and patient counseling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Support pharmacy operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
