We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at South Central Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide nursing assistant duties to patients, including recording and reporting treatments, observations, and patient complaints.
* Anticipate patient needs by checking on them regularly and responding to call lights.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
* Use supplies efficiently and effectively, and participate in quality measures to improve patient care.
* Demonstrate a knowledge of hospital and nursing department policies and procedures, and complete Health Stream assignments in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
