Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Excel in the following areas:
    • Organizing kickoff and status meetings with clients
    • Overseeing implementation projects efficiently and effectively
    • Identifying additional client requirements and providing tailored solutions
    • Coordinating internal processes to meet client expectations
    • Seeking opportunities for enhancing the implementation process
  • Facilitate collaboration among training, support, and implementation teams by:
    • Conducting initial assessments and developing customized implementation plans
    • Providing remote coaching through advanced software tools
    • Delivering additional application training as required
    • Supporting client implementation schedules and activities
    • Occasionally visiting clients on-site post-training
    • Contributing to the development and refinement of implementation and training processes
    • Participating in development review meetings to stay informed about new features and training needs arising from product updates

Qualifications We Seek:

A degree equivalent to four years of college-level coursework in a relevant field, along with experience that equips you to fulfill the essential duties outlined above. Clinical certification and/or experience with medical devices is advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Information Systems
  • Experience in EMR/HIS/RIS training and onboarding is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to engage at various organizational levels
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical imaging is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
