Position Overview

As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of customer implementation projects. These projects encompass software deployments and may also involve consulting, training, and custom development services. You will collaborate closely with our clients and liaise with leaders from Professional Services and Development to ensure that project specifications are met regarding scope, timeline, and budget. Additionally, you will nurture customer relationships throughout the implementation process and facilitate the transition to our software support team upon project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gain insights into upcoming implementation, consulting, and development schedules.
  • Oversee the scope, timeline, and budget of assigned service projects.
  • Prioritize customer requirements for inclusion in each project's statement of work (SOW).
  • Work alongside development managers to solidify project scope and deliverables.
  • Conduct internal functional user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful technical delivery to clients.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking development tickets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a Project and/or Product Management capacity.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an asset-intensive sector (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, mining).
  • 1-3 years of experience in software project management or software delivery is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.
