About the Role:

Promise Healthcare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community. As a School-Based Health Provider, you will play a crucial role in promoting health care and wellness to students, staff, and family members at one of our School-Based Health Clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff to provide comprehensive health services
  • Participate in promotional activities to educate the community about health and wellness
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations, including patient intake, medical procedures, and record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care

Requirements:

  • MSN or higher degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current licensure to practice in the State of Illinois or eligibility for licensure
  • DEA certification
