About the Role:
The Account Management Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the account management team at RxBenefits, Inc. This position involves working cross-functionally to analyze and interpret data, inform strategic decisions, and drive client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Build analyses to transform data into actionable business insights, informing account management strategies and client retention efforts.
- Process Improvement: Gather and synthesize data sets sourced internally and externally related to process improvements, program changes, and industry trends.
- Issue Investigation: Investigate issues when they arise, including looking through multiple sources of information to identify and raise proposed solutions to account teams.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels, including stakeholder engagement, with ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze account management performance metrics to provide recommendations for improving client relationships, internal processes, and cross-functional efficiencies.
- Project Management: Identify, evaluate, and document progress of projects relative to meeting project requirements.
- Data Sources: Identify, evaluate, and document potential data sources in support of project requirements.
- Training and Development: Serve as a subject matter expert on analysis-related projects for Account Management, including creating job aids and executing on training.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance: Provide reporting, analysis, quality check, and review of job aids, RFPs, and data sets as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years analytics experience required
- Industry Knowledge: Health / Pharmacy industry experience preferred
- Language Skills: Proficient in English language skills both written and verbal
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook), advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.) required; Salesforce or other CRM experience required; Confluence experience preferred
- Soft Skills: A passion for learning and a willingness for taking on new challenges; Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed

Compensation:
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $56,800 - $71,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
