Job Title: Sales Manager

CycleBar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art location in Kildeer. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the studio, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and member referrals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Owner, national sales director, and CycleBar Experience team to achieve business objectives.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive retention and growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in data management and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
