Family Practice Nurse Opportunity

In our Med/Surg Department, we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdependent team, you'll be responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment plans to achieve positive patient and department outcomes.
You will manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions. Additionally, you will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintain and review patients' records, administer medications as per physician orders, check rooms daily for necessary supplies, and respond to incoming telephone calls.
Required Qualifications- A graduate from an accredited school of Registered Nursing is required.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice or a Compact/Multi-State RN license is also mandatory.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is preferred.
