Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide numerous benefits, including:

This Med-Surg nurse opportunity requires delivering high-quality patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and state/national standards. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient condition during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status
- Performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, with thorough and timely documentation
- Administering prescribed medications and monitoring for therapeutic response
- Providing exceptional care through prompt responses to patient requests, proactive anticipation of needs, and resolution
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
