Job Summary

Fairview Park Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Resident in the Emergency Room. Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in status
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers
  • Document administration of care in patient medical records in a timely and thorough manner
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitoring patient response and notifying providers as needed
  • Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures

Qualifications:

  • BLS obtained within 30 days of employment
  • ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • No previous experience required
