Role Summary:

The HR Generalist acts as a bridge between employees and management, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role involves strategic planning, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct annual reviews and manage wage and salary adjustments.

2. Oversee employee relations, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and exit interviews.

3. Address and resolve employee complaints and disputes effectively.

4. Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations.

5. Serve as an EEO specialist, ensuring timely reporting.

6. Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims.

7. Monitor unemployment claims and manage appeals.

8. Uphold Data Privacy and HIPAA regulations across the organization.

9. Assist in developing and disseminating employee communications, including policies and handbooks.

10. Administer classification programs and create job descriptions.

11. Participate in safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

12. Maintain confidentiality at all times.

13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term strategies and evaluate performance.

- Must pass MVR check and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
