Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and enhance production technologies for both new and existing Schaeffler products.
  • Design, validate, and execute production methodologies.
  • Optimize production processes focusing on quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
  • Initiate and oversee the development of production machinery and tools.
  • Conduct validation of machinery and tools.
  • Assist production teams in achieving operational goals through training, troubleshooting, and handover processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • External candidates must possess authorization to work in the US without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
