Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cutting-edge sound and vibration measurement technology to address complex customer challenges and drive business growth.
  • Analyze noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) requirements and assess simulation results to optimize performance and ensure product quality.
  • Coordinate testing for NVH and analyze sound and vibration measurements to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and implement NVH best practices to ensure optimal design solutions and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on NVH initiatives and effectively communicate technical information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support for test engineers and contribute to NVH testing activities to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in electric machines, powertrain systems, and mechatronics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, make decisions, and drive continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
