Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare machinery for production tasks by configuring tools and parameters based on work order specifications.
2. Monitor production status throughout each manufacturing cycle and take corrective actions when necessary.
3. Execute operations while overseeing machine and production processes, adhering to established procedures.
4. Conduct inspections of produced components, identify defects, and properly discard any non-conforming parts.
5. Assist maintenance teams in machine repairs, downtime prevention, and inspections.
6. Comply with all safety regulations and production protocols, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
- Competence in operating moderately complex machinery within a manufacturing setting.
- Good visual acuity and the ability to lift medium-heavy items as necessary.
- External candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employment visas or sponsorship.

Preferred:
- At least one year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
