About the Role

The Strategic Growth Director plays a pivotal role in driving CUES's growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing the organization's market position.

  • Identify and establish various types of strategic partnerships to expand CUES's reach, enhance its offerings, and create new opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships, build on successful collaborations, and proactively seek out new partners that can bring value to the organization.
  • Focus on partnerships with organizations that are not natural-person credit unions, such as suppliers, vendors, and other strategic partners.

This role will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with these entities to drive growth, expand CUES's reach, and create new opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and other strategic partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA a plus.
  • Significant business relationships and connections within the Financial Services Community.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and administrative skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly, persuasive, and a self-starter with a "can do" attitude.
