Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales growth across our Mr Beer, Coopers DIY, and BrewArt US websites, as well as through other ecommerce partners such as Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful promotional and advertising plans to drive profitable sales in all e-commerce channels
  • Develop, launch, and monitor SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and traffic
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis to inform web initiatives and drive business growth
  • Manage the content, user experience, and innovation of all web platforms crucial to the success of our e-commerce efforts
  • Monitor market, technical, socio-economic trends, and competitor activities to inform our online presence
  • Plan and maintain a digital marketing calendar that measures results and informs future initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external developers to maintain security and effectiveness of websites
  • Manage the company's YouTube channel and develop engaging content to drive brand awareness and sales

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing an online direct-to-consumer business
  • Experience with shopping cart and automated marketing programs such as Magento and DotDigital or Klaviyo
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, AdWords, and Search Console
  • Amazon PDP and advertising expertise
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Meta Business Manager proficiency
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Advanced learning, such as Google Analytics certification
