Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media

Learn and use our backoffice system in regards to managing marketing lead generation and training systems

Conduct phone or Zoom interviews to evaluate potential business partners/clients

Engage in continuous online training calls to stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and strategies

Lead by example and have a positive attitude in developing and managing your own team

Follow all steps and training to set up your business

Keep yourself accountable by communicating with your director

Offer support and mentorship to others in achieving their personal and business goals

Competencies:

Ability to do your own research in developing marketing plans and platforms to use for online advertising

Ability to follow the guidance of our international business partner and leadership team

Ability to handle challenges when they arise and be proactive solution-oriented

Motivation and self-discipline to work independently
