Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Paramount Pharmacy Group LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective communication across departments.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
