Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Paramount Pharmacy Group LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Maintain and update our office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective communication across departments and providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
