JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulates production timelines for all manufacturing sectors.
  • Accelerates component flow through the production cycle.
  • Sets delivery timelines for all client orders.
  • Organizes and plans all custom components in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
  • Confirms customer readiness for delivery by engaging with clients prior to dispatch.
  • Maintains precise inventory records of finished products and informs the Purchasing Supervisor of any special items needed to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Encourages effective communication with both internal teams and external clients through suitable communication methods: meetings, emails, conferences, etc.
  • Fosters a collaborative culture where team members feel valued, trusted, and accountable, all working towards shared objectives.
  • Engages with customers, outside sales, inside sales, sales management, engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing staff to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Maintains and communicates the shipping timeline and adjusts according to customer requirements.
  • Oversees outbound shipments, including the preparation of shipping documentation in the ERP system.
  • Coordinates with transport companies to arrange timely deliveries.
  • Supervises personnel responsible for verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for dispatch.
  • Processes completed shipments within the ERP system.
  • Ensures compliance with the Quality Management System; collaborates with the QA team to enhance processes across departments as necessary. Promotes timely submission of non-conformances to QA for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for adhering to all relevant company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to process maps, support processes, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Adheres to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Complies with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Performs other assigned duties as necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Three years of relevant work experience (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • APICS CPIM Certification (Preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to type, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear.
  • Shift or overtime work may be necessary.
  • Standing and walking for 6 to 8 hours daily.
  • Bending/Stooping for 6 to 8 hours daily.
  • Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) occasionally.
  • Travel less than 10%.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to adapt and be cross-trained for all job functions as required.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
