Position Overview:
We are in search of an energetic and driven Traveling Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our team.
This role entails significant travel across multiple states to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional talent for various roles within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for talent, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for meeting new individuals and fostering strong connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various positions within the organization, including sales, operations, and support roles.
Travel and Recruitment Activities:
Travel extensively within designated regions to participate in job fairs, college recruitment events, industry conferences, and other hiring initiatives.
Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background investigations to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with the company culture.
Networking:
Establish and nurture relationships with local employment agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations to create a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Employer Promotion:
Advocate for Five Star Breaktime Solutions as an employer of choice through effective communication and representation at recruitment events.
Documentation:
Maintain precise records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes. Provide regular updates to the HR Manager on recruitment metrics and progress.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and offer guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, ideally in the food service or hospitality sector.
Strong grasp of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) within designated regions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
