A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Recruitment Duties:
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Source resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Utilize diverse methods for candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals from current employees.
- Conduct initial interviews to gauge candidates' skills, experiences, and compatibility with the company culture.
- Present suitable candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Carry out reference and background checks.
- Prepare job offers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain precise and current records of all recruitment activities.
- Oversee the college recruitment program.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.
Human Resources Administration:
- Ensure accurate and current maintenance of HR files, records, and documentation.
- Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of HR records.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files to confirm that all necessary documents are collected and properly filed.
- Support the onboarding process.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).

Work Schedule:

- Ability to lift up to fifteen pounds occasionally.
