Recruitment Duties:

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Source resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Utilize diverse methods for candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals from current employees.
  • Conduct initial interviews to gauge candidates' skills, experiences, and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Carry out reference and background checks.
  • Prepare job offers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain precise and current records of all recruitment activities.

Human Resources Administration:

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
