Job Summary:


As a Bilingual English and Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist at CCG, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle, concentrating on attracting top-tier talent for various roles within our organization.

Your proficiency in high-volume recruitment, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and outstanding Excel and reporting capabilities will be crucial in assisting us in assembling and sustaining a world-class workforce.

In this position, you will be instrumental in the following areas:

Talent Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and source candidates for diverse roles across CCG, ensuring alignment with our core values and culture.

Sourcing:
Explore various candidate sources and publish job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

Applicant Tracking System:
Leverage our ATS (Paycor) to oversee candidate pipelines, monitor progress, and maintain precise records of recruitment activities.

Screening and Assessment:
Evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews (in both English and Spanish), and coordinate interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and fit with CCG.

Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies.

Excel and Reporting:
Produce comprehensive reports and metrics related to recruitment, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate demographics.

Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company policies, including EEO and diversity initiatives.

Candidate Experience:
Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment journey.

On-Boarding:
Engage in the redesign, implementation, and facilitation of our on-boarding process.

Referral Program:
Promote and manage our internal referral program.

What will help you succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within a dynamic and competitive industry.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience in Excel, including creating and manipulating Pivot Tables and Look-up functions.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Stakeholders:
Reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Collaborates with Hiring Managers across the organization.
Works alongside Human Resources colleagues (HRBP, HR Operations, Total Rewards).
Engages with Applicants and Candidates throughout the hiring process.
