Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
• Support a fast-paced work environment.
• Welcome customers warmly and assist them upon arrival.
• Guide visitors to the correct department or personnel.
• Utilize strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ensure a seamless transition between customers and staff.
• Serve as a liaison among Managers, Sales Representatives, and Service Advisors.
Required Skills:
• A strong customer service orientation.
• Previous experience in a high-paced service environment is preferred.
• A positive demeanor to engage with customers, quickly assess their needs, and communicate with the Sales team.
• High motivation to excel in a demanding role.
• Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Ability to collaborate within a team while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
We are looking to fill the following part-time shifts:
Weekdays:
Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Weekends:
Saturday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The ideal candidate should be available to work alternating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
