We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of tools, systems, and services that enable our games to engage with customers and provide a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and launch technical programs that span multiple engineering teams and organizational boundaries.
- Develop long-term strategies by identifying emerging customer needs and opportunities for business impact.
- Drive large-scale projects across teams, formulating product visions, defining user stories, and researching technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and vision.
- Collaborate with software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions, providing guidance on architecture, design, and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs between business needs and constraints.
- Create and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, supporting title development, release, or live ops.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Production experience in the gaming industry.
