About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators
  • Manage all sales activities within assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the auto industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate responsibly and independently
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
