Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators
- Manage all sales activities within assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate responsibly and independently
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
