Job Title: Regional Quality Manager

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for providing corporate quality support to our DSD region, ensuring compliance with FDA, EPA, and OSHA regulations, and driving quality and regulatory compliance across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality systems and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical support to site leaders and quality teams to achieve quality and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with KDP policy and procedures
  • Support incident management and regulatory compliance efforts
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and food safety in a large, complex food and beverage manufacturing facility
  • Deep knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, and FDA regulations
  • Strong expertise in statistical process control, design of experiments, and TQM
  • Proven track record of successful regulatory compliance and audits
