Swedish Match AB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Lincoln, NE and surrounding area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography, including selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores, gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as ensuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan, as well as excellent problem-solving and planning skills. They will also be able to utilize our data to develop fact-based presentations for our customers and follow our call process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores
  • Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products
  • Ensuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores
  • Utilizing data to develop fact-based presentations for customers
  • FOLLOWING OUR CALL PROCESS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience
  • Some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities
