About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of New Sales to join our Growth Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding business through sales to the largest healthcare organizations in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on complex sales processes, building strategic C-suite level relationships across prospective client organizations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges to effectively challenge prospects to think differently about how they tackle those challenges.
  • Lead negotiations on complex deals to bring them to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of progressively responsible sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of success selling to large, complex healthcare organizations.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships in the C-suite.
  • Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
