Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bennett Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transaction documents in our client database, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Client Communication: Monitor and notify clients of important deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing potential issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan appointments, final walkthroughs, and other events to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Support our marketing efforts by promoting the company on social media and planning community events to foster connections with local residents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Real Estate License: Valid real estate license required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
