We are looking for an enthusiastic BAS/Controls Project Coordinator to enhance our growing team. This position entails providing operational and administrative assistance for BAS projects, necessitating both independence and teamwork with Senior BAS field personnel and estimators. Responsibilities encompass estimating, project coordination, material scheduling, management of RFIs, subcontractor coordination, and general project support.

Our projects vary from new installations to retrofits, covering a wide range of sizes and complexities. Your responsibilities will include working on BAS engineering projects such as Design-Build, Design-Assist, and Plan-Spec, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for overseeing multiple Building Automation projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate HVAC and building automation systems across various commercial environments
  • Participate in project meetings and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in project planning, design, cost estimation, and documentation
  • Manage materials procurement, subcontractor oversight, and budget monitoring
  • Lead project walkthroughs and ensure compliance with timelines and financial plans
  • Engage in business development activities and proposal submissions
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain strong client relationships
  • Perform additional duties as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, estimating, or engineering is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in project management software is desirable

Physical Demands:

This role requires sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Work Environment:
