Position Summary:
N4 Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a part-time HR Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Management department. This role is essential in ensuring the effective management of various HR administrative functions, maintaining employee documentation, and facilitating HR processes for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and upkeep of employee records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, preparing onboarding documentation, and supporting new hire paperwork.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and other HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Provide functional support in other areas as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative support capacity is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • This is a part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
