Key Responsibilities:
Bozzuto Management Company is in search of a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to support the Client Services Analyst Team. The insights provided by the Analyst are vital for attracting and securing new clients through proposals, pitches, and presentations. The Analyst collaborates closely with property operations, business development, real estate development, and asset management teams. The selected candidate will generate reports and insights to assist investors in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research on real estate markets to evaluate rental and operational costs.
- Analyzing financial trends to derive conclusions and formulate recommendations.
- Preparing, updating, and managing multi-year budgets for multifamily and mixed-use properties.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all real estate reports.
- Collaborating with property management leadership to coordinate client deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements.
- Familiarity with multifamily property operations.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- A genuine interest in the real estate sector.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
