Position Overview

Karch Auto is seeking a dedicated and organized Body Shop Office Administrator to join our dynamic automotive repair team. This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our busy body shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices using CCC or QuickBooks software.
  • Welcoming customers to the body shop and providing excellent service.
  • Scheduling appointments for body shop repairs and estimates.
  • Managing accounts receivable for the body shop.
  • Maintaining a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Communicating with customers throughout the repair process to keep them informed.
  • Assisting other departments with various administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  2. Possession of a valid driver's license.
  3. Access to reliable transportation.
  4. Willingness to undergo initial and random drug screenings.
  5. Ability to pass a background check.

Experience in an automotive repair setting and familiarity with CCC or QuickBooks software is advantageous.
