Job Overview

Fact & Fiction is seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire creative teams to develop big, bold ideas that make people stop scrolling and start sharing.
  • Write and edit copy for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on copywriting and creative direction.
  • Portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
