About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, while leading outstanding work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at our clients, resulting in lasting value and rehire.
  • Deliver at least $2 million in new business revenue annually.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and inspiration to our teams, fostering an environment of creativity and imagination.
  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in building business and brands through work at agencies, consultancies, and client companies.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and successfully generating revenue.
  • Experience in managing businesses and/or practices, success in a creative environment, growth and development of direct employee reports, generating innovative solutions to business and brand challenges, leading brand strategy and research initiatives, and problem-solving.
