About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, leading outstanding work, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, build, and nurture relationships with clients to create lasting value and drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver at least $2 million in new business revenue annually through business development efforts, existing contacts, and professional networking.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and inspiration to our teams, fostering an environment of creativity and imagination.
  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in building business and brands through work at agencies, consultancies, and client companies.
  • 5 or more years of client service experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and generating revenue.
  • Proven experience in managing businesses and/or practices, success in a creative environment, growth and development of direct employee reports, generating innovative solutions to business and brand challenges, leading brand strategy and research initiatives, and problem-solving.
