New Business Development Manager

Evonik Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a New Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and initiating growth projects in thermal management fluids for data center and battery cooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market observation and technology ranking to identify future trends and technology developments
- Management of product (fluid) development projects with customers and external partners
- Project management for product and application development projects for thermal management
- Regional expert in the application of our products for thermal products at customers/OEMs
- Active participation in the review and sharpening process regarding the strategy for thermal management program
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in new business development, product development, and project management
- Highly motivated individual with passion to drive new business development
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary, international teams
